UK Returns are Free. If you're returning an item in the UK, your return can be posted back to us free of charge within 90 days of receipt. See Returns for more info.

International returns costs are paid by the returner.

Standard UK Delivery under £100 is £3.95 and usually arrives in 3-4 working days. Orders over £100 get free standard delivery.

Where a product shows it has Express Delivery, this is available for £7.95 and takes 1-2 working days.

Gift Cards are sent by email so there is no delivery.

Delivery to destinations outside the UK is from £9.95 which is a tracked shipping service.

Sending gifts direct to recipient
If the item you are sending is a gift, use the message box on the shopping cart to let us know and we'll make sure we don't include any prices in the parcel. The recipient will then only receive a slip showing who it's from and what products are in the parcel.

Christmas returns & exchanges
Our 90 days returns or exchanges means orders placed as Christmas gifts can be returned or exchanged up to 3 months after purchase, so gift recipients can exchange their gift well into 2024 if they need to.

Gift wrap
Due to the bulky nature of many of our products, we do not gift wrap gifts.
