I accidentally ordered the wrong bow tie but exchanging it for the correct one was absolutely straightforward. I ha problems downloading the Post Office returns form so Thread Pepper emailed one to me and the exchange went ahead with no extra charges. So friendly and helpul, great service and the tie is great quality.

I bought this for my husband but sadly it wasn’t the one he was looking for. You had two sage blazers on your website with slightly different specs. This one was fully lined. My husband wanted the light weight sage blazer but sadly you had sold out.

If you’re tall, this is the one for you. The style is great and sizing is good. Suit was a big long (both trousers and jacket) but nothing a good tailor can’t fix
