To return or exchange an order:
1) Complete the form below within 90 days of receipt of your order to advise us you wish to return or exchange your order
2) Send the order back with the packing slip within 14 days after you've told us, following the instructions below. You can use the original envelope it came in. (If you've lost your packing slip, please put a note in your return with your name and order number so we know where it's come from).
For UK Returns:
1. Complete the form below 2. Pack up your order, including your packing slip in the parcel. 3.Print this returns labelon plain white paper 4. Stick the label securely to the front of the parcel 5. Put the parcel into a post box or drop off at any post office (we recommend using the post office and getting proof of postage)
For Non-UK Returns:
1. Complete the form below 2. Pack up your order, including your packing slip in the parcel. 3. Return your order to the address below with the correct postage.

A few things:
You should request a return within 90 days of receipt of your order, and then send it back within 14 days after you've told us you're returning something.
Refunds or exchanges will only be made on receipt of the returned goods.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, worn or damaged in any way will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
It is recommended you get proof of postage if posting at a post office.
