Well what can I say yet again this great company and its staff have helped me out again. An item that I had returned to me for a different size. The item was a different shade to the original item. I rang them and explained the problem.
This people could not do enough for me. I was told to return the suite I had bought. If they couldn't get the shade of trousers, then they would replace the suite with a new one of all the same shade at no cost to myself.
You just can't get this help from almost all shops these days as it's all about money. This company is all about looking after its customers.

I ha problems downloading the Post Office returns form so Thread Pepper emailed one to me and the exchange went ahead with no extra charges. So friendly and helpul, great service and the tie is great quality.
